Built in 2019, the building stands out for its contemporary design and architectural quality, having been awarded in the same year by the prestigious ArchDaily magazine. Located less than a five-minute walk from Rua de Santa Catarina, it combines a central location with comfort and tranquillity.

The property features an elevator and offers a pleasant garden with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, providing an environment of well-being and convenience in the heart of the city—ideal for guests seeking a sophisticated, accessible, and distinctive urban experience.

The property offers one-bedroom (T1) and two-bedroom (T2) apartments, the vast majority of which feature a terrace, providing greater natural light, outdoor space, and comfort throughout the stay.

Check-in is from 3:30 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am.

If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, noting that this service may be subject to an additional charge.

O Oporto Maison Anselmo offers breakfast delivery directly to the door of your apartment. For an additional charge, a welcome box, can also be prepared and delivered on the day of arrival. During the summer season, the property also offers a garden bar with drinks and snacks, ideal for relaxed outdoor moments.

Transport and Accessibility

You can reach our property by taxi or by car from the nearest airports and train stations, including Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (18 km) and local train stations such as São Bento (2 km). We also offer airport transfer services, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Yes. The central location allows easy access on foot to all areas of the city (Baixa, Bolhão, Ribeira, Aliados…). In addition, a metro station is just a 5-minute walk away if you wish to travel to other parts of the city.

Policies and Special Requests

You may indicate special requests at the time of booking in the comments field, or contact us directly by email or phone after your reservation has been confirmed.

Yes. Upon prior request and subject to availability, we can provide baby cots and other children’s equipment. Some options may incur an additional charge.

Yes. Additional housekeeping services may be requested during your stay, subject to availability and possible additional charges. Housekeeping included in the rate is provided every other day.

Yes. We will be delighted to assist in arranging special requests for celebratory occasions. We recommend contacting our team directly so that we can assess the available options.

Currently, pets are not allowed. This policy has been defined to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests.

If you are travelling with a duly certified assistance animal, we recommend that you contact us prior to arrival so that we can assess the situation in accordance with applicable legislation.

Contact Information

The property has a physical reception on site, open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside these hours, remote assistance is always available for guest support. On many days, the reception also remains open until midnight, ensuring greater flexibility and support upon arrival.
