Accommodation and Reservations

Oporto Maison Sol is the result of the rehabilitation of early 20th-century buildings and offers functional, well-organised apartments designed to provide a practical and comfortable stay in the centre of Porto.

The property stands out for its simple and efficient approach, with spaces tailored to essential everyday needs, making it a balanced solution for guests seeking a central location and convenience. Located just a few steps from the Cathedral and the stairways leading down to Ribeira, it allows for an accessible and straightforward urban experience, ideal for exploring the city independently.

The property offers studio (T0) and one-bedroom (T1) apartments, some of which feature a terrace or balcony, providing different options in terms of space and comfort for each type of stay.

Check-in is from 3:30 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am.

If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, noting that an additional charge may apply.

Amenities and Services

No. Due to the original architectural features of the building and the preservation of its historical identity, the property does not have an elevator.

Yes. The apartments feature a functionally equipped kitchen, with basic utensils and appliances suitable for preparing simple meals.

Yes. The property offers parking located approximately 200 metres from the building. The parking facility is not integrated into the property and is available at an additional cost, providing a practical solution for guests travelling by car.

Free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, periodic housekeeping, and on-site or remote guest support.

Oporto Maison Sol offers breakfast delivery directly to the door of your apartment. For an additional charge, a welcome box can also be prepared and delivered on the day of arrival.

Transport and Accessibility

You can reach our property by taxi or by car from the nearest airports and train stations, including Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (18 km) and local train stations such as São Bento (2 km). We also offer airport transfer services, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Yes. The central location allows easy access on foot to all areas of the city (Baixa, Bolhão, Ribeira, Aliados…). In addition, a metro station is just a 6-minute walk away if you wish to travel to other parts of the city.

Policies and Special Requests

You may indicate special requests at the time of booking in the comments field, or contact us directly by email or phone after your reservation has been confirmed.

Yes. Upon prior request and subject to availability, we can provide baby cots and other children’s equipment. Some options may incur an additional charge.

Yes. Additional housekeeping services may be requested during your stay, subject to availability and possible additional charges. Housekeeping included in the rate is provided every other day.

Yes. We will be delighted to assist in arranging special requests for celebratory occasions. We recommend contacting our team directly so that we can assess the available options.

Currently, pets are not allowed. This policy has been defined to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests.
If you are travelling with a duly certified assistance animal, we recommend that you contact us prior to arrival so that we can assess the situation in accordance with applicable legislation.

The property has a physical reception located approximately 200 metres from the building, operating from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside these hours, remote assistance is always available for guest support.
