Oporto Maison Palace is the result of the careful rehabilitation of an early 20th-century mansion, preserving its distinctive character and the elegance of the period, reinterpreted with contemporary comfort.

Although it does not feature a formal garden, the property offers a large outdoor area with parking, framed by numerous trees, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere that contrasts with the surrounding urban environment. A unique offering in the centre of Porto, ideal for guests who value charm, space, and a distinctive residential ambiance.

The property offers studio (T0), one-bedroom (T1), and two-bedroom (T2) apartments, some of which feature a terrace, balcony, or private garden, providing different options in terms of space and comfort for each type of stay.

Check-in is from 3:30 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am.

If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, noting that an additional charge may apply.

Oporto Maison Palace offers breakfast delivery directly to the door of your apartment. For an additional charge, a welcome box can also be prepared and delivered on the day of arrival.

Transport and Accessibility

You can reach our property by taxi or by car from the nearest airports and train stations, including Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (18 km) and local train stations such as São Bento (2 km). We also offer airport transfer services, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Yes. The central location allows easy access on foot to all areas of the city (Baixa, Bolhão, Ribeira, Aliados…). In addition, a metro station is just a 5-minute walk away if you wish to travel to other parts of the city.

Policies and Special Requests

You may indicate special requests at the time of booking in the comments field, or contact us directly by email or phone after your reservation has been confirmed.

Yes. Upon prior request and subject to availability, we can provide baby cots and other children’s equipment. Some options may incur an additional charge.

Yes. Additional housekeeping services may be requested during your stay, subject to availability and possible additional charges. Housekeeping included in the rate is provided every other day.

Yes. We will be delighted to assist in arranging special requests for celebratory occasions. We recommend contacting our team directly so that we can assess the available options.

Currently, pets are not allowed. This policy has been defined to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests.
If you are travelling with a duly certified assistance animal, we recommend that you contact us prior to arrival so that we can assess the situation in accordance with applicable legislation.

The property has a physical reception located approximately 200 metres from the building, operating from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside these hours, remote assistance is always available for guest support.
